How Does Mummy Teach Her Kids to Pray? is an instant digital download. Because you receive the full book immediately, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds once the book has been delivered.

Why there is no cooling-off period

In many countries an online purchase comes with a short cooling-off period. That protection is generally lifted for digital content once the download has been made available, provided the buyer asked for it immediately and understood what that meant.

By completing your purchase you are asking us to give you the book straight away, and you acknowledge that once your download link is sent the order can no longer be cancelled.

If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it

We want you to actually be able to read and enjoy the book. If the file won’t open, you were charged twice, or you didn’t receive your download link, email us at barakastep99@gmail.com and we’ll make it right, with a working file or, where appropriate, a refund of a duplicate/erroneous charge.
